The first step on your GC Bioscience 12-week health coaching programme is to complete a gold-standard comprehensive blood chemistry panel. Unlike cheaper, finger-prick based tests, this venous blood draw will give you the most reliable data and results. When you sign up for the programme, we'll arrange for a nurse to visit you at your home or office for a quick, painless blood draw. Your sample will then be processed by the UK's leading lab and a detailed results report will be prepared and sent to you. Your
GC Biosciences health consultant will guide you through the results and interpret the information in an easy to understand way.
PHASE 2: PERSONALISED HEALTH COACHING

Following your results call and programme overview, your
